Overcome a Major Fear
A major source of stress in your life is the “fear of rejection” or fear of criticism. This fear of rejection manifests itself in an over-concern for the approval or disapproval of your boss or other people. The fear of rejection is often learned in early childhood as the result of a parent giving the child what psychologists call “conditional love.”

Rise Above the Need For Approval
Many parents made the mistake of giving love and approval to their children only when their children did something that they wanted them to do. A child who has grown up with this kind of conditional love tends to seek for unconditional approval from others all his or her life. When the child becomes an adult, this need for approval from the parent is transferred to the workplace and onto the boss. The adult employee can then become preoccupied with the opinion of the boss. This preoccupation can lead to an obsession to perform to some undetermined high standard.

Avoid Type A Behavior
Drs. Rosenman and Friedman, two San Francisco heart specialists, have defined this obsession for performance as “Type A behavior.” Experts have concluded that approximately 60% of men and as many as 30% of women are people with Type A behavior.

Don’t Burn Yourself Out
This Type A behavior can vary from mild forms to extreme cases. People who are what they call “true Type A’s” usually put so much pressure on themselves to perform in order to please their bosses that they burn themselves out. They often die of heart attacks before the age of 55. This Type A behavior, triggered by conditional love in childhood, is a very serious stress-related phenomenon in the American workplace.

Action Exercises
Here are two things you can do immediately to deal with the fear of rejection, criticism and disapproval.

First, realize and accept that the opinions of others are not important enough for you to feel stressed, unhappy or over concerned about them. Even if they dislike you entirely, it has nothing to do with your own personal worth and value as a person.

Second, refuse to be over concerned about what you think people are thinking about you. The fact is that most people are not thinking about you at all. Relax and get on with your life.

THE INTERNET CREATED FOUR MILLION NEW MULTI-AFFILIATE NETWORKERS IN ONE YEAR

Richard Brodie started it with his book Virus of the Mind, which depicted and scientifically explained how ideas multiply like viruses. Venture capitalists Tim Draper and Steve Jurvetson carried it a step further. In an article on “viral marketing,” they described how Hotmail (a company they funded) had exploded, gaining millions of customers overnight, by virtue of good old word of mouth.
What these men were describing is a phenomenon that has set the stage for a startling new boom in network marketing. In 1999 we saw “multi-affiliate” programs [see sidebar definition] explode through a mechanism we can perhaps best describe as viral marketing.
The leader of the pack was AllAdvantage.com, who set world records for growth of a multi-affiliate or network marketing company. Their “product”? AllAdvantage pays people for performing a service: watching targeted advertising on a small browser as they cruise the Web. It was the first multilevel pay model to reimburse people for performing a direct service. From March of 1999 through March of 2000, AllAdvantage signed up slightly over six million people.
Others have joined the Internet gold rush for “captured eyeballs” (unique registrants), too. Spree.com boomed to one million people in the same time frame, selling products with a multi-affiliate model. Epipo.com, Eopinion.com, BigReferral.com, Cognigen, and others jumped into the fray, sending the numbers of online participants skyrocketing. By March of this year, we had on our databases approximately 89 companies with some form of multi-affiliate marketing using multilevel pay plans.
It was a multi-affiliate population explosion! We set about to try and measure this hard-to-measure phenomenon with as much accuracy as possible.
Intense “Guesstimate” Research
There was one challenging statistical thorn in our side: how many people belong to more than one of these multi-affiliate programs? In other words, how profoundly might these multi-program participants be skewing our multi-affiliate population numbers?
We started our research with names from an AllAdvantage online message board. We sent 63 e-mail questionnaires and got an astounding 36 replies. Surprise! Of these 36 replies, 61 percent (22) said they were in this one program only. Only 11 percent said they were in a network marketing program.
We knew an online marketing group that is in Spree.com. That survey resulted in 51 replies, yielding a figure of 50 percent who said they were participating in only one multi-affiliate program. However, since this was an auxiliary for a portfolio program, 100 percent were in a network marketing program.
A BigReferral.com survey showed that 62 percent belonged to BigReferral.com only. Small samples (fewer than five) in other growing companies showed the same range of figures.
(Disclaimer: these numbers are over 90 days old, and may therefore have changed significantly.)
How do you do an accurate study with the ever-changing Internet? Do we include international multi-affiliates? AllAdvantage estimated at one point that out of over six million, 3.7 million multi-affiliates (85 percent) were in the U.S.. What do you do when multi-affiliate companies don’t answer your e-mail and don’t list a phone number - or when you call and find yourself in an endless voice mail loop (the digital version of Dante’s Inferno)?
You go to the old time-honored process of coming up with a “good guess.” Here is a chart of our best guess. Scientific? A little!

Application Of Educated “Guesstimates”
The next challenge was to figure out how many participants belonged to all the multi-affiliate companies on our list. Again, a lot of these folks don’t give phone numbers and don’t answer email.
We started with a base that included AllAdvantage.com (6 million), Spree.com (1 million), Epipo.com (1.2 million), Eopinion.com (500,000), Cognigen.com (300,000), and BigReferral.com (200,000).
In the end, we credited the remaining 80-odd companies on our database for another two million multi-affiliate participants. We took this total of 10 million and multiplied it times the 40 percent shown in the “Educated Guesstimate” chart. That brought us to a total of about four million newcomers to multi-affiliate marketing. It seems that about 80 percent of these folks - 3,200,000 - are new to network marketing!
The Final Test
Were these numbers correct? Were they a good guess? How good?
To this basic data, we then applied Bayes’ Theorem of Subjective Probability. This mathematical formula, crafted by Thomas Bayes in 1790, is used to quantify the value of the “hunch factor” in the knowledge that exists in people beyond their guesses. (Bayes’ Theorem is startlingly accurate - it has been used by the CIA and the military to find lost H-bombs and nuclear submarines!) Eighteen members of the Network Marketing Trend Analysis Institute helped with the final plotting of the formula.
The probability of there being four million new people came in at 41 percent correct. The other 59 percent probability said the number was too low and that it should be higher.
It Is A Great New Age!
This is the greatest growth of network marketing since 1970-71, when it is estimated that Holiday Magic, Koscot, Amway, and Mary Kay brought in a similarly sized population wave. Today, we have new people and new blood being exposed to network marketing in a kinder, gentler way.
Now, most of the multi-affiliate programs do not pay nearly as much as network marketing companies do. (The top earner in All-Advantage.com earns about $5,000 a month.) We predict that this will whet new entrepreneurs’ appetites and lead them into selling and training, rather than just referring - in other words, into becoming full-fledged network marketers. We are on the edge of a booming new frontier! The probability of these “New” Multi-Affiliate Programs surviving as we know them is questionable to say the least. We are seeing instability in the Internet advertising market which will affect them greatly. The bright side is that people that have never thought or knew about MLM are being introduced to our great concept.

  1. Test your ads. For each winning ad you are going to put out plan on writing ten. That way if you get a hit on the third ad, you can pat yourself on the back. Ad writing is work! It will help loosen up your mind.

Make sure you start that page, before the offer with PRINT this PAGE so you don’t get clicked into cyber space. In the ad drive them to your web site.
  3. MLM SECRET FLEXIBLE — Your ad should be able to be able to be used in a variety of places. If it works on the Internet in classified ads and Email it can also be used on post cards, small classified ads, e-zines. You save a bundle of money by testing on the Internet to find a killer ad. You then have a double barrel to use off the internet to drive people to your website.
  4. MLM SECRET RELATIONSHIPS — Remember you are not selling them with this first “sales teaser” you are enticing them into a closer relationship so that you can bring your big gun advertising to bear with a full cornucopia of benefits and offers to them. This can be delivered by your website or by autoresponder. This called a two step but is necessary on the Internet to maximize response rate. With the crowded internet you want to push them to respond so that you have their attention.
  5. MLM SECRET STRONG HEADLINE — You have to have a strong headline. It has to have a strong BENEFIT to the reader. It has to get their attention and compel them to read your ad. It has to be targeted to your market you are advertising in! Examples: YOU GET 10,000 AFIILIATES OVERNIGHT! Or 10 ad secrets to double your income! Once again it is a matter of testing. Remember to test the headline and the copy in the body of the message separately. In addition do you have premiums to offer? A free book! A list of the best places to advertise free on the internet. A premium is beyond a benefit! It is a sure fire puller!
  6. MLM SECRET BENEFITS — What are benefits? What are features? A benefit does something for the person you are sending the message to. “These pills can give you immortality” is a benefit. “The pills come 90 to a bottle” is a feature. Convert features to benefits! “The are 90 pills in the bottle to save you money” is a converted feature. Benefits sell, features smell!
  7. MLM SECRET STRONG COPY — Follow the headline with strong body copy. Use active words and benefits! If we continue from above, “Quick and Easy Pills give you immortality. Immediate results are guaranteed or you get your money back!” If this example seems extreme, it is! You may want to start writing your ad copy with anything that comes to mind. The go back and refine it for practical use! Get your brain storming with ideas! “Make money now with good ads.” Make money is a benefit and now is an active word!
  8. MLM SECRET TELL THEM! — End your ad by telling the reader just exactly what you want them to do and how! Simple, easy and active is the secret here. Key your ads so that later you know which one pulls the best. “Get our Secret Information today! It will only be up for 72 hours! Go to www.mywebsite.com/ep1/ad1a.htm On auto responders you can use different ones for different ads. On your website you can put up different entrance pages such as www.mywebsite.com/ep1/ad2a.htm Hits on /ep1 tell you were it came from. You can have page /ad3.htm then /ad4.htm on and on for as many different ads as you write. The pages are all the same with a direct link to your home or action page. The page may say thanks for responding to our ad, here is your “premium” information. Click here, takes them into your website, which should be loaded with killer advertising copy itself!
  9. MLM SECRET FOCUS — Stick with just one product or service at a time. If you try promoting more than one thing you are going to confuse your market. Stay focused! If the ad doesn’t cover all you want do another ad. Does it hurt to try combining ads? Yes, normally, but there are no absolute rules in Internet advertising. Why? Because, it is cheap to test ads! The key here is to be able to track your ad results as shown previously. Your cost is your time. Understand that this is an investment and keep testing. Don’t burn out. You have your ad1a, the teaser, (pull them in!) and your ad1b on your web site that does the actual selling. Both have to be good to work.
  10. MLM BIG SECRET TEST! — Test, test, test and test again. Make revisions but test only one change at a time. Don’t change the headline and the body at the same time. Keep track of the results for a week to see what the response was. Keep a book on them or a spreadsheet to determine the improvement (or drop) when you make a change. As soon as the response goes above the best you have, use that new ad as your advertising front runner. Your goal is to hit a searing hot response rate of at least 7% on the internet. If your ad goes above 3% it is good! Start shooting for that incremental increase.

Yes, there are some bad companies out there and lots of pure pyramid schemes.? On this website I show them to you as learning lessons - what to avoid!? No matter what you read on this website remember? MLM - NetWork Marketing – NetWork Marketing is the Last hope in America for the average person to learn how to make money.? The amount that most good companies charge to join and buy product/services actually lets the lower income folks get a springboard to economic health.?

The “health” awareness industry did not start with a few health “food nuts” opening stores. “Neutralizing Your Two Major Fears”

The Greatest Obstacle to Success
The fear of failure is the single greatest obstacle to success in adult life. Taken to its extreme, we become totally pre-occupied with not making a mistake, with seeking approval for security above all other considerations. The experience of the fear of failure is in the words of “I can’t”, “I can’t.” We feel it in the front of the body, starting at the solar plexus and moving up to the rapid beating of the heart, rapid breathing and a tight throat. We also experience this fear in the bladder and in the irresistible need to run to the bathroom.

The Fear of Rejection Holds You Back
The second major fear that interferes with performance and inhibits expression, is the fear of rejection. We learn this when our parents make their love conditional upon our behavior. If we do what pleases them, they give us love and approval. If we do something they don’t like, they withdraw their love and approval—which we interpret as rejection.

The Roots of Type A Behavior
As adults, people raised with conditional love become preoccupied with the opinions of others. Many men develop Type A behavior which is characterized by hostility, suspicion and an obsession with performance to some undetermined high standard. This is expressed in the attitude of “I have to,” I have to,” and is associated with the feeling that “I have to work harder and accomplish more in order to please the boss” who has become a surrogate parent.

The Most Common Trap
More than 99 percent of adults experience both these fears of failure and rejection. They are caught in the trap of feeling, “I can’t,” but “I have to,” “I have to,” but “I can’t.”

The Key to Peak Performance
The antidote to these fears is the development of courage, character and self-esteem. The opposite of fear is actually love, self-love and self-respect. Acting with courage in a fearful situation is simply a technique that boosts our regard for ourselves to such a degree that our fears subside and lose their ability to effect our behavior and our decisions.

Action Exercises
Here are two things you can do to increase your self-esteem and self-confidence and overcome your fears.

First, realize and accept that you can do anything you put your mind to. Repeat the words, “I can do it! I can do it!” whenever you feel afraid for any reason.

Second, continually think of yourself as a valuable and important person and remember that temporary failure is the way you learn how to succeed.

The seller of the house will still keep title to the house and keep all tax benefits. This is also particularly useful for a tired landlord who may just have had his property trashed again and is motivated by wanting to avoid tenant hassles rather than any particular financial issues.

INVESTOR

YOU the investor can make a profit without risk, without ownership!

  • No need for a bank mortgage = the owner still keeps ownership, the title and the mortgage.
  • No maintenance or repairs = the rent-to-buy tenants take care of most of that as a trade-off for them being able to improve the property.
  • No regular tenants = Rent –to– Buy Tenants have owner mentality and are so much easier to look after.
  • Keep the capital gain = even though the tenants must get the capital gain from the work they have done to the property, the investor can keep some of the general market capital gain.
  • No need for your cash = Even though the seller will want a deposit from the investor, the investor can get these funds from the eventual tenant/buyer.
  • No need for your equity = as the investor is not applying for a mortgage, there is no need to provide any equity.

BUYERS

Buyers have three options.

1. They can eventually qualify for a bank mortgage and own the home.
2. They can decide not to buy and walk, sometimes useful if they are just trying out the area for schools etc.
3. They can do up the house and sell it on the open market to another purchaser. This is sometimes useful if the tenant knows they would never qualify for a mortgage but wish to work on a house and make some money.

The system allows them to cope with the deposit. Rather than trying to save up for a large amount, they can create it through their work on the property. One of our couples achieved $15,000 this way in 7 months by painting and gardening. They would not have been able to save $15,000 in 7 months with two full time jobs and two children.

If asked, could you name the five wealthiest people in the world, or five people who have one the Nobel Prize, or the last five Academy Award winners for best actor and actress? The point is, none of us remembers the headliners of yesterday. When the applause dies, the awards tarnish, and achievements are forgotten, no one cares about who won which award.

But if I asked you to list five teachers or mentors who believed in you and encouraged you, five friends who have helped you through a difficult time, five people who have taught you something worthwhile, or five people who have made you feel appreciated and special - that’s much easier to do, isn’t it?

That’s because the people who make a difference in your life aren’t the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They’re the ones who care. If you want to be remembered for being important to someone else’s life, make them feel appreciated.

Appreciation as a Secret of Success

Another important reason for being in a state of appreciation as often as possible is that when you are in such a state, you are in one of the highest emotional states possible.

When you are in a state of appreciation and gratitude, you are in a state of abundance. You are appreciating what you do in stead of focusing on, and complaining about, what you don’t have. Your focus is on what you have received… and you always get more of what you focus on. And because the law of attraction states that like attracts like, the more you are in a state of gratitude, the more you will attract to be grateful for. It becomes an upward-spiraling process of ever-increasing abundance that just keeps getting better and better.

Think about it. The more grateful people are for the gifts we give them, the more inclined we are to give them more gifts. Their gratitude and appreciation reinforces our giving. The same principle holds true on a universal and spiritual level as it does on an interpersonal level.

Keeping Score

When I first learned about the power of appreciation, it made total sense to me. However, it was still something that I forgot to do. I hadn’t yet turned it into a habit. A valuable technique that I employed to help me lock in this new habit was to carry a 3″ x 5″ card in my pocket all day, and every time I acknowledged and appreciated someone, I would place a check mark on the card. I would not allow myself to go to bed until I had appreciated 10 people. If it was late in the evening and I didn’t have 10 check marks, I would appreciate my wife and children, I would send an e-mail to several staff, or I would write a letter to my mother or stepfather. I did whatever it took until it became an unconscious habit.

And remember… take time to appreciate yourself, too!

I? struggled around for almost 18 months before I realized that to have real success online, I needed to have my own product.

After I realized that, I created my first one… then another… and another… I started to get obsessed with product creation.

And that’s the topic of this newsletter is creating your own product. I’m going to show you 19 ways to create your own products quickly.

But, before I do, I wanted to talk about a few key things.

1st - don’t do all the work yourself (we covered this before when we talked about outsourcing)

2nd - the key is quality content… It doesn’t matter if you have to film in on your home camcorder or a recorded phone call… if the content is high quality - your customers will love you.

I paid $50 for a weightlifting DVD the other day, and when I turned it on… the opening scene was black.

Then you heard the guys wife say “I can’t see anything.”

A second later the guy said, “You’ve got to take the lens cap off honey!”

You then saw her take the lens cap off, and he started teaching.

Now, that was horrible quality, but the content was amazing. I ended up buying all 6 dvd in his series BECAUSE THE CONTENT WAS SO GOOD!

I know quite a few people who get caught up in making everything look too professional. I had one friend spent thousands of dollars filming and producing one DVD (which turned out very nice BTW) - but all of his budget was spent on
that, and had no moolah left over to market the product.He still hasn’t made his initial investment back.

My point isn’t to make products that are crap - but to create the highest level quality content as possible, and your subscribers will appreciate it. I’ve been going back now with all of my old products and now repackaging them now that I can afford to.

3rd - just do it. Remember from before my motto “Ready, Fire, Aim.” Get the product idea, create it and get it out there as fast as possible. Money follows speed, and if you don’t go fast you will loose out.

Another reason to go fast is because what if your product is a flop? Another important lesson is to fail fast. I’ve known one person who’s been trying to sell the same ebook for the 5 years I’ve known him with absolutely no success.

Like my friend Marlon Sanders says, “Dead ducks don’t quack!” If you have a dead duck - move on to something new - FAST!

4th - people pay different prices for the same content delivered in different ways.

What I mean is that you can sell an ebook for $27. Now, if you take that exact same content, record it into a “book on CD” - you can sell that same content (in a different format) for a lot more - usually $97 or more.

Now, let’s say you want to go to the next level… what if you took the audio, and the text, and combined them into a video. You could make a camtasia video that shows the bullet points from the book as the audio reads through them.

Or create an outline from the text, and record yourself teaching the concepts…

There are a million ways to switch forms of content - but just remember that people pay more for audio then they do text… and more for video then they do audio.

Ok - now that that is out of the way - let’s get to work.

Here are 19 ways to create a product:

1st - Software Creation - Creating software is one of the easiest ways to create a product fast. You can create something for almost any niche. I have one client who had a public domain book about dream interpretation - so he had someone create a software program for under $100 where the user could type in a word, and if found that interpretation in the book and displayed it for the end user.

2nd - Public Domain - this is one of my FAVORITES!!! These are “works” where the copyrights has expired. You are able to take these and re-package them and sell them as your own products!

3rd - Interviews - interview an expert in ANY field and sell the recordings and/or the transcripts. This is the best way to become an expert in any field - just interview the experts and people will see you as one of them.

4th - Seminar Videos - put on your own seminar, record it with a video camera and sell the footage.

5th - Re-niche content - if your selling a product (or bought rights to a product) - you can re-niche it for a different audience. Example would be if you sell a book about speed reading, re-niche it to “speed reading for students.”

6th - Book on CD - record yourself reading your book and sell it on cd.

7th - Resource CD - compile a list of resources for a specific niche, and sell the directory. I’ve personally bought resources on supplements directories and also one on “spy” stuff. (I know - I’m a geek)

8th - Recycle content - take products or content you’ve created in the past and re-use it. I’m using this blog post as a newsletter, an article, probably a chapter in a future book… Recycle what you’re doing now.

9th - Camtasia Video - this is one of the most powerful tools online marketers have. Create screen capture videos of anything you can do on your computer. Demos of software - PowerPoint slides, how to… anything computer related. Think how much moolah the “computer professor” makes by making “how to” videos for different Microsoft products.

10th - Idea collection - Combine a list of ideas and sell those. I’ve got friends who sell list of ideas on how to make money quickly, how to clean your carpets, how to take care of lawns, etc…

11th - Others experts submit content - get others to submit articles, or audios, or vidoes, and compile them into a product.? I did this with one of my wrestling products.? I had people submit their best stories, pictures and poems and compiled them into a product.

12th - Podcasts - like an online radio show that you can download. Have paid podcasts - or record a bunch, then take the recordings and put them onto CD’s.

13th - Membership sites - have residual income coming in when people pay you over and over again for access to your membership site. You can provide content in your membership sites - or create software programs that people have to pay monthly to use.

14th - Teleseminars - just record yourself interviewing someone or teaching on a subject that you know a lot about. The majority of my products were created with some type of teleseminar.

15th - Ghostwriters - hire someone (think outsourcing again) to write a book on a the subject that you want to sell.

16th - Free coaching calls - do free coaching calls for your members, track their progress, then compile the recordings into a product.

17th - Mastermind roundtables - get a group of experts together and have them discuss the subject - record the full thing and you’ve got an instant product!

18th - Private Label - similar to public domain, but usually created w/ the intent to sell w/out a copyright. A million ways to use private label stuff. Most people fail at this because they try to sell the content “as is.” Be sure to make it your own and you’ll have a ton of success with these.

19th - Case studies - one of the best products I bought this year is 12 hours of case studies. The people teaching the course compiled hundreds of casestudies for the subject we were learning about, and then explained how they all worked.

Ok - there’s 19 ideas. Hopefully that will give you an idea for your first product.

“Good Reason To Be Thankful You Live Anywhere Else!”

Dear TeamDiamond how are you all, Barry what an exciting news cant wait for 2007 to see the presentation, Iam emailing you guys to tell you that Iam fine and in good health ,Iraq is now more dangerous than before due to Saddam trial , and now we are not allowed to leave home by 8pm sometimes we are not allowed to be in street at all due to security reason also we have day that we are only allowed to use the car that carry registration with an even number !! so if your car has an odd number you are not allowed to take it to the road electricity available 2 or 3 hours a day only , petrol prices are soo expensive even more expensive than NZ , we depend all time on generator but cannot use every appiliance at home due to the limit in power supplied by the generator you see people got kidnapped infront of your face and you cannot do anything , its like when Mafia in old days do their business infront of you and you have no right to interfere not even the police . when I go out I have to escort with me at least 2 people or I will not be safe , soo many things need to learn to survive in Iraq, Gov should at least provide a guid book for that , my family dont allow me to go outside as much as my relative do cause they thing I dont know how to behave the way I should to survive … one of the thump rule is when you go outside I should not stay longer than 30 minute in one place to prevent any kidnapp attempt , a Gun in my pocket is as important as carrying a cellphone in NZ , even if there is no bullet inside just showing that you carry one is enough to stop some people from taken advantage on you ! Iraq is like a cowboy western movie , soldiers are every where , they left alone and hungry , some of them knock on our door asking us if we can sell them some food and drink because thy dont supply them food all time and they have to buy from the local houses .
